Due to the personalized nature of RxTap products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Each wristband is uniquely programmed and linked to your health profile. Once shipped, it cannot be reused or resold.
We are committed to your satisfaction—if there’s a problem with your order, such as a defective wristband or shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Wristbands
If your wristband is lost or stolen, please contact us to deactivate it. You may purchase a replacement wristband if desired.
